To ensure the safest removal and keep your lashes in the best condition, we recommend professional lash removal. You won't feel your extensions getting removed! The only time it hurts or damages your natural lashes (natural lashes falling off together) is when the lash extensions have been picked off / removed by the client themselves.

Cancellation Policy

If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of treatment, your deposit will be lost and will not be redeemable against your next booking. You will need to place another deposit for a new treatment.
